During the sleep consultation, you and your Certified Sleep Provider will discuss your symptoms, concerns, as well as your medical history.
Be prepared to answer questions during your consultation. Your Certified Sleep Provider will use tools such as the Epworth Sleepiness Scale or the Berlin Questionnaire to assist in a diagnosis.
Your sleep provider may suggest additional testing such as an overnight oximetry, complete a sleep log, or proceed to a HBST or in lab Sleep Study to obtain additional personal data to determine your sleep condition.
Once testing is completed a follow up visit will be made to discuss your results and proceed to treatment.
